Description

This is a fast paced mat for Carpet Bowls and Short Mat.



The mat unusually does not feature a foam backing and essentially is constructed from 2 layers of bonded playing surface material. Consequently it is rather thinner and firmer than is typical – which some bowls clubs prefer.



Manufacturer’s description:

Indoor or outdoor UV stable coarse polypropylene green fibres needle punched to an integral supporting scrim. Totally omni-directional having no conventional pile.



The mats roll up and there is a special bag available for convenient storage and handling. The bag is suitable for both short mat and carpet bowls sized mats. It ties around the bag leaving the ends open.



The carpets are pre-marked with the appropriate white lines. Fenders and middle block must be purchased separately.
