Beetle is a truly unique game and one of the very few games that is specifically designed for literally dozens of people to play at the same time. A roll-back to the 20th century when ‘Beetle Drives’ became a fad for a while. Roll the dice and beat your opponents to build your Beetle!



This version requires players to actually build their beetle – not just draw it!



A beetle drive is a social event that is a one-off thing in its own right – a bit like a Bingo night – and often done as a charity-raising event. A bunch of square tables are put out and 4 people sit at each one working as partners opposite each other. Players take turns to thrown their dice and the first one in the room to finish their beetle shouts ‘BEETLE!’ at the top of their voice bringing that round to a close. People then move on to a new table and a new partner in some kind of organised fashion. The idea is that everyone will get to partner almost everyone else during the course of the drive and so it’s a great way to socialise or it perhaps a way to meet some new friends.



Great fun for large groups and one of the few games that can enjoyed by lots of people at the same time. A wooden dice and plenty of colourful plastic beetle parts are included – four beetles in total. The wonderful packaging is retro and reproduced from the 50’s.
