The weighted chessmen make playing with this set a total joy, meaning the aesthetically pleasing nature of the board is more than matched by the actual playability.



As is standard at Manopoulos, this unique wooden chess set is handcrafted in their workshop in Greece using only the finest and thoughtfully sourced materials. The artisans use the tremendously skillful ‘Art of Marquetry’ to produce the wonderful finished article.
