Description

A compact-sized, good quality wooden Goban / Go board on legs with the smaller 9 x 9 playfield. This is therefore ideal for beginners, learning the game and improving understanding and technique. It’s also perfect for quick matches between players of all abilities. An added feature to this board are the 4 legs that raise the playfield and elevate the aesthetic – they also allow the board to be easily picked up and moved mid-match.



The board has a good weight and substantial thickness at nearly 4cm. It has a MDF core, but with a nice beech veneer that gives it the appearance of a solid wooden board.
