The Heart of Africa map pack expansion for Ticket to Ride. Featuring the Africa map game board and the all new ‘terrain cards’, this is a must-have expansion for any Ticket to Ride enthusiast. Please note that this is not a stand-alone game and Ticket to Ride or Ticket to Ride Europe is required to play.



The Heart of Africa adds a third deck of terrain cards to the game-play, with players choosing to draw either train cards or terrain cards each turn. Terrain cards add value to your route cards, potentially doubling their reward!



The map also features numerous cities connected by single colour routes. This changes the way players must draw cards, adding significant value to wild cards as players compete for single track routes through the heart of Africa.
