As a stand alone game (not an expansion) rails and sails features a beautifully illustrated, double sided board with two playable maps: the World and Great Lakes or North America.



Ferry routes are added to the gameplay so now players compete for the seas as well as the rail roads. 250 ships and 165 trains are included.
