This is our top-of-the-range portable poly-court. It is constructed from panels of a special patented mesh designed to make the disks slide beautifully. It takes less than an hour to construct the court for indoor or outdoor play and the resulting Shuffleboard alley can be left in situ or taken up and moved elsewhere later.
The court is full regulation size at 40ft 5″ (12.3m) long x 6ft 5″ (1.95m) wide including the 2.5″ yellow edge strip all round the sides. The court also includes a 6ft standing area at either end. It comes with a set of tournament disks in a plastic basket, 4 Shuffleboard cues, a Shuffleboard scoreboard, a “How to Play” book and some silicone spray for the underside of the disks.
This court would be suitable for corporate entertainment, evening functions, park activities, holiday resorts, cruise ships, community centres etc. and can be played by children, the elderly and people in wheelchairs.
If telescopic cues are preferred, it is possible to upgrade this package for a small extra mount to include them instead of the static cues. Simply add the product ‘Upgrade from 4 standard to telescopic Shuffleboard cues’ to the basket when ordering.
The court consists of pieces measuring 1 ft square. It is delivered as 3 x 2 ft panels, numbered to assist with construction.
First time installation will take 30 – 40 mins. For storage, we recommend breaking it down into the largest size panels that you can store, if possible, 6 x 3 ft pieces.
When you get used to doing it, it can be a 15 minute job to assemble or break down and store away.
