Description

Large size Mah Jong set with large, chunky tiles presented in a robust wooden case covered with red imitation leather. The lid features authentic Chinese-style decoration and pictures. When closed, the case can be secured with metal clasps and features a carry handle.



The tiles included in this Mah Jong set are some of the largest we have come across. Measuring 35 x 28 x 19mm, they are classed as XL and an excellent size for play – they are certainly easy to see and pick up and not fiddly at all, a common problem with smaller sets. They are one colour (cream) with clear printed markings and Western identification.



Also included are counting sticks, jokers and dice, as well as a set of game rules.



Note: hand-painted tiles have imperfections and the odd smudge. Although the level of artistry is superior, if you prefer cosmetically perfect tiles, we would recommend a set with acrylic or composition printed tiles.
