Description

Drakes Pride produce two standard scoreframes for Bowls; a vertical frame and a horizontal frame. They include double sided score board number plates and are freestanding – with ground spikes for those that require the score frame to be firmly positioned. They are a solid steel tubular construction and the scoreboard numbers are aluminium.



Most people opt for the vertical frame to be positioned at the end of a rink. The horizontal frame is useful for people who wish to put the scoreframe on a table and then have a scorer sitting at the table changing the numbers. It is also favoured by rinks where the scoreframe needs to be put on a bank at the edge of a lawn or hung on a wall. In this case, the top of the vertical score frame would be inconveniently high so the horizontal frame is better suited.



Also available is the Deluxe Upright Scoreframe (shown in the second image). This features scoreboard numbers that can be read from either side of the frame.
