Description

A beautiful 9×9 Go set that comprises a raised board / Goban on legs, glass Go stones and a pair of attractive wooden Go bowls. The smaller-sized playfield is ideal for beginners and those learning the game and the high quality components enhance and elevate the set from the usual entry-level package.



The board stands on 4 turned feet / legs and is nicely finished with a beech wood veneer. It has a printed 9×9 grid. 80 glass Go stones are included (40 of each colour) which is enough to play this scaled down version of Go. The stones are approximately 8mm thick. Completing the set are 2 wooden Go bowls with lids.



The set is presented in a basic, but practical cardboard gift-box with a rope handle. An appealing, aesthetically pleasing set – gift the game of Go.
