Description
An ornamental Chess set inspired by the famous, historical battles between Scotland and England. Notable figures such as William Wallace, Robert the Bruce and Kings Edward and Edward II spring to mind and, although not explicitly represented, their famous battles of old can be played out on the Chess board.
From renowned Italian supplier, Italfama, these ornamental Chess pieces are expertly crafted from resin and then painted by hand. The detailing is impressive and each piece is finished with the application of a felt pad on the underside. Truly a set to keep out on display, this ‘English vs Scottish’ set is a fine example of Italfama’s famous craftsmanship.
The King height is approximately 8cm and the base diameter, 2.5cm. The pieces are presented in a branded box with individual foam storage sections for protection.
